A no-chimney woodburning stove fitted in the corner of a room.

Pricing for no-chimney stoves

It’s no problem to fit a wood burner in a property without a chimney.  In this case we would fit a fully-insulated twin wall system that would exit through the wall or roof.

Step 1

Choose your freestanding woodburner.

We offer a range of stoves which are suitable for properties without a chimney.

Step 2

Add the installation costs.

Freestanding stoves must be fitted with a twin wall flue system through the wall or roof of your home.  A twin wall flue is a series of stainless steel pipes which are connected together to carry any stove fumes outside.

A twin wall flue for a single storey property is £2500 including VAT.

A twin wall flue for a two storey property is £3000 including VAT.

Step 3

Choose a hearth.

Freestanding stoves must be installed on an appropriate hearth. The hearth must be made of a non-combustible material and extend at least 225mm in front of the stove door.

Glass hearth for a freestanding stove : £250 including VAT.

Slate hearth for a freestanding stove : £540 including VAT.
